Buyers Inspection

A home inspection gives the buyer more detailed information about the overall condition of the home prior to purchase. In a home inspection, a qualified inspector takes an in-depth, unbiased look at your potential new home to:

  • Evaluate the physical condition: structure, construction, and mechanical systems
  • Identify items that need to be repaired or replaced
  • Estimate the remaining useful life of major systems, equipment, structure, and finishes

A typical home inspection can take approximately 2 hours. It is important to keep in mind that most inspections will reveal minor deficiencies. This should not deter you from purchasing the home, but will educate you in advance what type of repairs to anticipate. A seller may be willing to make repairs because of significant problems discovered by the inspector. After the inspection we are always available to answer questions.

Areas Inspected: Exterior, Interior, Roofing, Plumbing, Electrical, Structural, Foundation.

Sellers Inspection

Are you preparing your home to place it on the market? Most informed buyers will probably have a third party inspection performed on your home prior to closing. An inspection will almost always reveal the need for some deficiencies to be corrected before the buyers move forward on the purchase of the house.

Warranty Inspection

If you own a new home and your 1 year builders warranty is about to expire, you should consider having your home inspected by a professional residential home inspector. Quite often problems and deficiencies in a new home will begin showing up in the first year of the home’s life.
